
Kwame Kyiamah, Founder & CEO
Kwame Kyiamah brings a wealth of experience spanning both strategy consulting and engineering to 4Sight Microsystems, where he is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and day-to-day management of the firm.
Prior to launching 4Sight Microsystems, Mr. Kyiamah worked with US-based Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised numerous technology-focused, Fortune 500 companies on key strategic and operational issues. His management expertise includes Strategic Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, and Organization & Change management. Developing and implementing a retail operations strategy for a $50B-a-year US wireless operator, which resulted in a 25% lift in sales nationwide

Prior to his tenure at BCG, Mr. Kyiamah worked as an engineer for 10+ years focusing mostly on the development of next generation telecommunication systems, specifically softswitches, line interface cards, call processing protocol stacks, and other signal processing applications. Mr. Kyiamah played a critical role in the development of GenBand’s multi-faceted G6 voice gateway, designing various line interface cards to support both US and European standards. As a consultant working for DNA enterprises, Inc, he was a key point person for the development of several DSP board packages and other telecom-related applications for Texas Instrument’s C54x and C6xfamily of DSP chips.
Mr. Kyiamah holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School Of Management. He also holds a MSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, and a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.

Kofi Hagan, CTO
Kofi Hagan is the CTO at 4Sight Microsystems. He brings to 4Sight Microsystems deep understanding of computer systems and web & mobile technologies. In his role as the Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Hagan is not only invaluable in driving the R&D process but also in shaping the technological strategy of the firm. Through his 10+ years of professional experience, Mr. Hagan has developed a keen ability to recognize technology trends very early and align the firms technological strategy accordingly.
At 4Sight Microsystems, Mr. Hagan has been responsible for the development of some of the innovative products being commercially used today, e.g. Nova and Alacris.
Prior to joining 4Sight Microsystems, Mr. Hagan co-founded Con-Imedia Ltd and served as Chief Technical Officer for 7+ years. There he managed the entire R&D process, overseeing the development of numerous web and mobile systems, many of which are commercially deployed today.
Mr. Hagan has a knack for utilizing open-source software to design and implement highly available and scalable, distributed computing solutions.
He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Aside software technology, he has a keen interest in strategic planning, business process optimization, cost optimization and customer relationship management.
